Preparation

StellaWare Anti-AFK is fully external (SendInput + screen sense). It does not inject into Rainbow Six Siege. Still, Windows Defender and browsers often flag unknown EXEs as false positives, and a few Windows settings can block input or screen capture. Do the steps below once before first use.

Deactivate your browser security (download only)

Otherwise the zip/EXE may be blocked or deleted as a false positive.

Add an exclusion for Windows Defender / antivirus

Recommended — safer than fully disabling AV forever:

  1. 1Open Windows SecurityVirus & threat protection
  2. 2Under Virus & threat protection settings, open Manage settings
  3. 3Scroll to ExclusionsAdd or remove exclusions
  4. 4Add the folder where you extracted StellaWare Anti-AFK

Quarantined EXE

If Defender quarantines StellaWare Anti-AFK.exe, restore it from Protection history, then add the exclusion before running again.

(Optional) Turn off overlays that steal focus

  • Ubisoft Connect overlay (Shift + F2)
  • Discord overlay
  • NVIDIA / AMD / Xbox Game Bar overlays
  • GeForce Experience / MSI Afterburner OSD if it causes focus issues

These are not always required, but they fix a lot of “toggle does nothing” and “keys don’t reach the game” reports.

Use the correct display mode in Siege

  • Prefer Borderless (or Windowed)
  • Avoid exclusive Fullscreen if World Sense or round detection misbehaves

Anti-AFK samples the Siege window for walls and round state. Borderless is the most reliable.

Confirm your controls match what Anti-AFK expects

Anti-AFK auto-reads sens + toggle modes from GameSettings.ini. Keyboard remaps are stored in Ubisoft cloud saves (opaque), so defaults are used unless you rebind in Config.

If you remapped any of these in Siege, set the same keys in Anti-AFK Config / Stance.
